2. Customizing
mrkdwn adapts to your taste — themes, fonts, list display and more.
Theme
Settings → General → Theme. Choose one of 7 built-in themes:

The theme affects the editor, file list and all dialogs — including accent, link and background colors.

Fonts
Settings → General → Fonts. You can set independently:
- Body font
- Heading font
Plus the editor font size. Changes apply instantly in the live preview.
Tip: A serif heading font paired with a clean body font improves readability for long notes.

List Display
Settings → List View. Controls how the file list looks:
- Item display: Icon · Preview · None
- Hide images in list — hides image files (and removes them from wiki-link suggestions)
- Default sorting (see Projects & Lists )
Options for how the file list is displayed.
Language
Settings → General → Language. Available: German and English. Affects the whole UI and the built-in manual.
Editor Behavior
Settings → Editor. Configure, among others:
- Auto-save (on/off, interval)
- Show word count
- Undo steps
- Enable KaTeX / Math → KaTeX
- Slash commands & date/time format → Editor → Slash
- Autocorrect / spell check
