8. Long Press (Context Actions)
A long press on a file or project opens a context menu with the most important actions.
Long Press on a File
A file’s context menu (long press).
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Rename | Change the file name |
| Move to Project… | Choose a target project → Moving |
| Tags | Assign/remove tags (also inside an open document via the (…) menu → Tags) |
| Share | iOS share sheet |
| Send via Email | Note by email |
| Encrypt PDF | Password protection (Pro) |
| Offload | Offload local content (with cloud) |
| Download | Fetch offloaded content back |
| Delete | To Trash / delete everywhere |
Long Press on a Project
A project’s context menu (long press).

| Rename | Change the project name |
| Offload content | Offload all files in the project |
| Download project | Fetch all files back |
| Delete | With confirmation (all contents) |
Swipe as a Quick Action
In addition to long press: swipe a file from right to left for the quick Delete action.
